SEVEN PILLARS

SEVEN PILLARS (CONTAX SLR)

Balustrade, Church - Park Avenue and 83rd street. I should find out the name of the church - it was where Jackie Kennedy was buried.

"All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, to make it possible."

T. E. Lawrence, The Seven Pillars of Wisdom
How's that for your daily inspirational message? Gives me chills.

Damn, I was gonna say W myself...

How about creating a filter that lets all your regular bloggers get through with out the extra security?
You got computer skills I could only dream of, this shouldn't be that hard...

I believe that Daydream Believer is now the theme song (no kidding) for eBay commercials.

What was even scarier is that I'm Not Like Anybody Else (the Kinks) is being used for IBM commercials. That freaked me out.

IBM and the Kinks, and not only the Kinks but one of their signature iconoclastic songs: I'm Not Like Everybody Else.

And here are all these alien looking droids singing: "I'm not like everybody else."

I think the next thing will be for the Pentagon to buy Blowin' In The Wind and use it as a recruiting song.

I just saw the IBM commercial...They are JUST like everybody else, and they suck! As bad as using "Vodoo Chile" to sell SUVs...

Hi Dave, I think the church is called St. Ignatius of Loyola. I think Jackie O's funeral was there, but I don't think that she was actually buried in the church (I could be wrong though!)

I think you're right, about the name, and definitely I know Jackie O's funeral was there because I remember watching from across the street.

She's definitely not buried there. I watched as the hearse drove away. Besides, no burial places there.
