I love the hands coming out to hold what I guess is a torch - not really sure what it is (above the clock). Madison? Lex? Midtown.

Just left there - its in the high 40's on Lex. The GE building. And I believe its featured as the location of Angelina Jolie's office in "Mr & Mrs Smith" which premiered on HBO this weekend.
